Terms & Conditions

By registering, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:

  • All cancellations must be received by Terri Johnson Creates, in writing, by the Conference Cancellation Deadline Date in order for attendance fees to be refunded.
  • Cancellation dates for 2020
    • Curio Retreat – March 20, 2020
    • Instructor Licensing – May 1, 2020
    • November ATS and Ultimate ATS – September 25, 2020

Requests can be emailed to terrijohnsoncreates@gmail.com.  No refunds can be made after these dates.  An administration charge in the amount of $50.00 USD for the Curio Retreat and ATS Conference, & $125 for the Instructor Licensing will be deducted from registration fees.  (these rates have increased due to the change in PayPal Refund Policy).

Any add-on events, such as optional dining elections, are non-refundable.  Refunds will only be made via the original payment method.If you have made an accommodation booking a hotel reservation,  you are responsible for cancelling this separately. You are strongly urged to keep all booking and/or cancellation confirmation numbers and other documentation.  The All Things Silhouette Conference and/or Terri Johnson Creates takes no responsibility for any financial penalties you may incur.

  • Transfer/Sales of Tickets Between AttendanceIn the event that a registered attendee wishes to transfer or sell their All Things Silhouette Conference ticket to another potential attendee, an email should be sent to Terrijohnsoncreates@gmail.com prior to any transfer of funds.  We will then delete the original attendee’s class schedule & invite the “new” attendee to create their own schedule.  The cut off date for these transfers is Business days prior to the Conference.  There will be NO TRANSFERS made within 10 business days of the Conference.  
  • Special caution should be given to sales of attendance tickets between individuals to prevent any fraudulent transactions.  All transfer/sales communications should be retained by both parties as proof of transfer of ownership.  Under no circumstance should an attendance ticket be sold to another party for an amount that is greater than the amount originally paid.In the event of a fraudulent or suspicious transaction, please notify the All Things Silhouette Conference team at Terrijohnsoncreates@gmail.com immediately.  However, the All Things Silhouette Conference and/or Terri Johnson Creates takes no responsibility for any fraudulent losses that occur.  It is recommended to use a protected source of payment, such as PayPal or a major credit card that offers fraud protection.The transfer/sale of any accommodations or lodgings should first be discussed with the Wyndham Peachtree Conference Center (or other local lodging provider) prior to any transactions.  The lodgings provider will have specific requirements and processes for completing this type of transaction.
  • Sales of All Available Tickets (Sold-out Event)In the event that the All Things Silhouette Conference sells all available tickets, a waitlist will not be provided.  In lieu of a waitlist, cancellation requests will be processed and available tickets will be announced on a weekly basis in the All Things Silhouette Conference Goers Facebook Group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/silhouetteconferencegoers/).  Tickets are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and must be purchased through the Terri Johnson Creates website (https://terrijohnsoncreates.com/all-things-silhouette-conference/).
  • You are responsible for your own person and belongings during the All Things Silhouette Conference,  and agree to hold no liability against the All Things Silhouette Conference or Terri Johnson Creates.  
  • Cameras are welcomed, but we ask that you please respect our presenters and do not record any audio or video – especially during classes.  This is how our instructors make their livings.
  • Only registered attendees may enter the event area. In order to comply with maximum occupancy guidelines we need to keep track of all attendees through the registration process.
  • For their safety, children under the age of 16 may not enter the event area with the exception of NON-walking nursing infants with prior permission from All Things Silhouette Conference. And they are ONLY allowed in the break or vendor area.  Babies & any Children under the age of 16 (including NON-walking, nursing infants) are NOT permitted in the classrooms.  This policy will be enforced at the Conference.  
  • We understand that many people have started businesses using the Silhouette products that are the mainstay of ATS,  and have acquired affiliate links to help them further their business goals.  We would ask that you refrain from using attendance at ATS (or any TJC event) to promote your personal links. Many of our instructors rely on the additional income that affiliate links provide and those links are the only authorized links to be given or promoted at our conferences. (This includes swap material, business cards promoting links, etc).
    We encourage and support independent businesses! We are here to help you succeed, this policy applies only during the actual events. Thanks for your cooperation!
